A downloadable game

For my first project, I wanted to keep the scope simple because graphics tends to be really difficult to work with.  So much reading was required to turn this into an app bundle. 

Yes, for my first game, I made it a meme. It was worth it, because I learned so much in the process of chasing a silly idea for a first project. 

Some important things to know is that this was made with SDL3, FFMPEG, SDL3_TTF, Cocoa, and SQLite3, which is the foundation to the SDK I use for this project.

Install instructions

Once you have this downloaded:

1. Unzip the folder.

2. Move the standalone app to your Applications folder.

3. Open terminal, and run this command:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/CatTacToe.app

This allows for the video to play as it should, and the game doesn't go on forever.
